Although I focus on key nutritional concepts, like calories, carbs, fats, proteins, etc., my approach does not to dwell on them.  What does this mean for you?  It means that I also look at how the various areas of your life are connected.  In other words, does stress at your job or in your relationship cause you to overeat?  Does the lack of sleep or your low energy levels prevent you from exercising?  As we work together, I will look at how various areas of your life may be contributing to your weight gain and provide you with customized bite-sized recommendations to address those challenges…and you can’t get this successful weight loss approach from anyone else!
