
As your Elite Body Transformation Coach, my job is to provide you with ongoing support and guidance to help you set realistic goals and make sustainable weight loss changes that will transform your body and improve your health and happiness in the long run. I have studied all the major dietary theories and use practical lifestyle coaching methods to guide you in discovering which approach works best for you. As your Elite Body Transformation Coach, I will listen to you carefully and help you navigate the world of contradictory nutrition advice to determine what changes are best for you.
I do not recommend my clients adhere to a specific diet because diets are just marketing gimmicks to fool people into thinking that they will lose weight permanently. But no diet has ever admitted the truth…any weight loss experienced from diets is only temporary (unless of course, you eat that very same diet every day for the rest of your life)! That’s why I do not believe in diets and that’s why I do not recommend diets to my clients! When you enroll in my weight loss programs, I will guide you to find the food choices that best support you to make gradual, but permanent changes that you can easily incorporate into your lifestyle that enable you to reach your current and future weight loss goals.


The concept of bio-individuality is that each person has unique food and lifestyle needs. One person’s food is another person’s poison, which is another reason why fad diets tend to fail in the long run. Diets tell you that everybody can eat one particular way and yet experience the same result…now that’s just ludicrous! Because I use bio-individuality principles in my weight loss programs, I’ll support you to make positive changes that are based on your unique needs, lifestyle, and preferences.
And just in case you’re not convinced yet, another reason why diets don’t work is because food and weight are the symptoms, not the problems. It is easy to overlook all of the things that contribute to your sense of nourishment and fulfillment. It’s not just the food you eat, but all of the other factors present in your daily life. Healthy relationships, a fulfilling career, regular physical activity, and a spiritual awareness are essential forms of nourishment. When these areas of your life are balanced, what you eat becomes secondary. I will support you in achieving all of your goals, from eating the right foods for your body to living an inspired, fulfilling life…which directly affects your weight loss efforts.
Although I focus on key nutritional concepts, like calories, carbs, fats, proteins, etc., my approach does not to dwell on them.
What does this mean for you? It means that I also look at how the various areas of your life are connected. In other words, does stress at your job or in your relationship cause you to overeat? Does the lack of sleep or your low energy levels prevent you from exercising? As we work together, we will look at how various areas of your life may be contributing to your weight gain.
I counsel my clients to create a happy, healthy life in a way that is flexible and fun and free of denial and discipline. This way, you will develop a deeper understanding of the foods and lifestyle choices that work best for you and implement lasting changes that will improve your overall health….and let you experience permanent weight loss!
