My weight loss systems are NOT for you if:
- You don’t want to change. Change is inevitable. In my weight loss systems, you will change how you view food and how you interact with food. So if you are not ready and willing to change your eating habits, then my weight loss systems are not what you are looking for.
- You will not be committed throughout the weight loss system. My weight loss systems work, I know because I have plenty of clients who tell me so. As I am with all of my clients, I will be totally committed to supporting you in your permanent weight loss journey, but I need for you to be totally committed to implementing the recommendations. I don’t work with people who are not committed to lose weight for life. So if you like making excuses and are not truly committed to losing weight permanently, then my weight loss systems are not what you are looking for.
- You only want to lose weight for a specific day or event or you are okay with regaining the weight back. Diets only work if you want to lose weight temporarily. I don’t believe in diets nor do I believe in sending your body on a roller coaster ride of losing weight, gaining weight, losing weight, regaining weight, etc. So if you are not interested in losing weight permanently, then my weight loss systems are not what you are looking for. You will implement bite-sized recommendations that will be simple to incorporate into your currently lifestyle.
However, my weight loss systems ARE for you if:
- You are ready to lose weight permanently
- You are prepared to stop dieting
- You want to maintain your weight
- You intend to improve the quality of your life
- You want to enjoy food without restriction or guilt
- You are willing to implement the recommendations
- You aspire to learn how to eat healthy for you and your family
- You are willing to lose weight without compromising your health
- You are tired of being sick and tired (constantly fatigued and need more energy)
- You hate what you see when you look in the mirror and want to transform your body
- Your doctor has told you that you are on the verge of getting some type of condition or illness
- Your doctor has told you that you can prevent or reverse some type of condition or illness if you lose weight
- NOW is YOUR time to lose weight for life
